Our client a travel company based in Vientiane is seeking for a Reservation Officer
TASK AND MISSION
- Fully responsible for the company reservation from Travel Agents / Website / Direct Guests - Answer Guests correspondence regarding reservation decisions and follow up on requests,
- Prepare daily booking report, weekly pick up report, monthly performances & supervise the reservation to maximize sales
-Identify opportunities to constantly improve guest services/work efficiency
Knowledge and Competencies:
Fluent English speaking & writing is mandatory.
Able to work alone and take responsibilities
Good understanding of the industry and international markets
Fluent English speaking & writing is mandatory.
Require knowledge of Computer Software (Excel-Microsoft)
