ACCOUNTING MANAGER - HIRING

Our Hospitality company based in Lao PDR is seeking for an experienced Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of the hospitality firm.

The role will involve overseeing financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and other financial aspects of the business.


The Accounting Manager will work closely with the company Directors to ensure that financial records are accurate and up to date.


Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the hospitality firm

* Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly financial statements such as P&L, Petty Cash, balance sheets.

* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring that vendor invoices are paid on time and customer payments are collected promptly

* Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and manage tax reporting and filing processes

* Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

* Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and best practices

* Partner with the Company Directors to prepare budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions

* Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and professional growth


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role

* Experience in the hospitality industry is strongly preferred

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

* Proficiency in accounting software systems and excellent knowledge of excel

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify financial issues and recommend solutions

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
