As our Guest Experience specialist, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, going above and beyond to ensure their stay is perfect from start to finish.
You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing warm and friendly service that makes them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
You should be able to work well under pressure and be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You'll also need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Qualifications:
* Experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
* Previous experience in a similar role or in the front office
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English & French Language
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Passion for delivering exceptional service to guests
