Our client a 4 star hotel in Luang Prabang is seeking for a Reservation Manager:
TASK AND MISSION
- Develop strong working relationships with agencies.
- Fully responsible for Travel Agents - Guests correspondence regarding reservation decisions and follow up on requests, organization in order to optimize both occupancy and Revenue all year around.
-Prepare daily booking report, weekly pick up report, monthly performances & supervise the reservation to maximize hotel sales with the Highest Average Room Rate possible.
-Prepare weekly Competitor Survey Rates to ensure good competitivity of the property.
-Review all OTA’s rate on a daily basis to ensure Rate Parity and Hotel Rates.
-Identify opportunities to constantly improve guest services/work efficiency
Knowledge and Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Effective analytical skills
Multi-tasking ability
Able to work alone and take responsibilities
Good understanding of the industry and international markets
Fluent English speaking & writing is mandatory.
Require knowledge of Computer Software (Excel-Microsoft-POS System)
