The Position:
We are looking for a multi-tasker Administrative assistant.
This would be a perfect job for a freshly graduate willing to join a busy operation to get a new experience. The ideal candidate should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
Overall Scope and Responsibility:
Work alongside with the Administrative Officer, restaurant manager to help in their daily activities including office tasks, assistance via phone, emails, meeting with suppliers, all in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Duties:
Handling office and outside tasks and generate reports
Requirements & Skills:
University degree in Finance or Administration
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Excellent computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office
Polite and attentive, eager to learn and implement new process
Attention to details with proactive Team work oriented
