RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.
- Manage all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, Spa, maintenance, security and all other operational aspects and will work closely with the company directors.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to continuously improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
- Monitor and control expenses within budgetary guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Must have an eye for details.
- Proven experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire the team
- Ability to partner with all levels of employees and build relationships.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English is required. French speaking is a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
